Delivery Times
As many items are made to order the estimated dispatch time varies between 1-10 working days of receipt. Some of our orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers and as such delivery times may vary.

The nature of many of our products is handmade and not mass-produced so delivery times will vary depending on the item chosen. If we have stock we aim to despatch the next day by Royal Mail or courier. In the event that you place an order and a product is out of stock we will notify you of any delay

UK Delivery Charges
Not too much to say here other than all UK orders will be delivered for free!

International Delivery Charges
Delivery to countries outside the UK are charged at £9.00 converted to your local currency.

Sometimes items will incur customs and duty charges by your home country, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay these if they wish to receive their items. Some items that are available in our store might be prohibited imports to your country and therefore will be caught by customs and destroyed, along with any other items you have ordered. It is your responsibility to check what items are restricted to import in to your country prior to order. No responsibility or compensation will be provided to items destroyed by customs in the event they are destroyed due to being prohibited.
