What if I change my mind or the item is not as expected?
We really hope you will be happy with your items, but if not then we can either exchange your item for something else or offer you a refund if you let us know within 14 days of receiving your items. Once you have informed us you will then have 14 days to return the items at your own expense.
Please note that we cannot refund or exchange personalised items unless it somehow arrived to you damaged.
