📦 Dispatch Times

Many of our items are handmade to order, so dispatch times can vary between 1–10 working days from the date your order is placed. If your item is in stock, we aim to dispatch it the next working day via Royal Mail or courier.

In the unlikely event that dispatch is expected to take longer than 10 working days, we will contact you to keep you informed.

🇬🇧 UK Delivery

We offer free delivery on all UK orders—no minimum spend required!

🌍 International Delivery

For orders outside the UK, a flat-rate shipping fee of £9.00 (converted to your local currency) applies.

Please note:

• Customs and import duties may be charged by your country upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  
• Some items may be prohibited or restricted in certain countries. It is your responsibility to check your country's import regulations before placing an order.
  
• We cannot be held responsible for items destroyed or returned by customs due to import restrictions or unpaid duties.

We hope you love your purchase, but if it's not quite right, you can request a return or exchange.

• Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.
  
• After notification, you have 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
• Items must be returned in brand new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.

Please note: 

• Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
• We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe return.

 

🎁 Personalised Items

As personalised items are made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

🛠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund, and cover any return postage costs.
