Many of our items are made to order, so dispatch can take 1 to 10 working days from the date you order. If your item is in stock, we aim to send it the next working day by Royal Mail or courier. If your order is going to take longer, we'll let you know.

A flat £9.00 shipping fee applies to orders outside the UK, converted to your local currency.

Care and safety
- Fit it right. You should be able to slide two fingers under the collar. Check the fit regularly on growing puppies.
- Wash it. Take it off your dog and pop it in the washing machine.
- Flea treatments. Take the collar off before using liquid flea treatments, as they can react with the fabric and clip.
- Check it. Look over the collar for wear now and then, and replace it when it's tired.
- ID tag. In the UK, your dog must wear a collar with an ID tag in public. Clip it to the D-ring.
