Dispatch times
Many of our items are made to order, so dispatch can take 1 to 10 working days from the date you order. If your item is in stock, we aim to send it the next working day by Royal Mail or courier. If your order is going to take longer, we'll let you know.
UK delivery
Free delivery on every UK order, with no minimum spend.
International delivery
A flat £9.00 shipping fee applies to orders outside the UK, converted to your local currency.
- Customs and import duties may be charged on arrival and are paid by the customer.
- Some items may be restricted in certain countries, so please check your country's import rules before ordering.
- We can't be responsible for items held, destroyed or returned by customs because of import restrictions or unpaid duties.

Changed your mind?
- You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Get in touch first and we'll tell you where to send it.
- Items must be unused, with all original tags and packaging.
- Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty. We recommend a tracked service.
